Back pain can be relieved by using the herb devil's claw*
A recent meta― analysis of 12 previous studies bund that a daily dose of 6o milligrams(mg) of harpagosides, which arc in devils claw, is as effective in treating low-back pain as a standard dose of the prescription drug Vioxx was pulled off the market because it was linked to heart problems.
Caution: Do not take devil's claw if you are taking blood thinners or have any clotting disorders.
